Edward S. Lathan is a native of the Washington DC area. Mr. Lathan attended school in Washington DC and Montgomery County, MD. Mr Lathan has strong ties to West Virginia as well as he attended college in that beautiful state. Mr. Lathan has worked for Montgomery County Public Schools and has been the Director of a children's drop-in center in Montgomery Village, MD for over 15 years.
