Softcover does have some surface, corner, edge wear in spots, and name handwritten on inside front cover, rubber stamp on inside page and price of 5.00 lightly handwritten on lower left corner of back cover. But again, most importantly, pages are in overall near mint condition - usually you find this title completely worn, used and trashed!
