  • A Day With Daddy

    Gracie Quiroz

Paperback (CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform, Aug. 9, 2017)
Inspired by Brad Paisley's song "he didn't have to be." This is a beautiful song & captured exactly how I felt. My son Ryan is special needs. He has a rare disease that only 1 in every 300,000 children will be born with this rare condition. My son is 11 yrs old & doesn't speak. He needs 24/7 care. He is a handful, but his smile will make your heart smile. Me being his mother is just one of the perks. He needed surgery when he was 3yrs old, but the insurance needed our share of costs paid before the surgery. I saved for so long & I didn't have it all and that's when I met Zeke. A complete stranger overheard me crying to a friend & you'll never guess what happened next!
  • My Day with Daddy

    Emma Less, Bill Ledger

Board book (Sterling, March 28, 2006)
Get out the toolboxes--it's time to build a tree house with Daddy, and that's a fun day's work. What will you need? Let's look inside and see: a tape to measure the tree, a red-handled saw to cut the wood, and a wrench to turn the bolts. Hammering's cool, and the screws that the screwdriver drives in keep the door in its place. The final touch is a "Secret Tree House" sign, and the house is done.
