It's the early 22nd century. Over 50 years ago, evolution finally took its next step as the first human developed superhuman abilities. Chaos broke lose as extremist parties formed and the world leaders struggeled to reastablish order. Their solution: sending the young adults that show signs of developing powers off to training facilities where they would be tought to control their abilities. Peter and Tate are part of them. They meet on their first day at the Academy. While Peter has lived a relatively normal life, Tate is ... different. He has issues - a lot of them. After a series of expriments, a second personality was implanted into his mind that has killed thousands of people and after a series of events, Tate had managed to travel back in time in an attempt to fix it all. Now he finds himself back with his old friends at the Academy in a body that hasn't fully developed its powers and hasn't underwent experimentation. But the second voice in his head was still there - the voice of a weapon, a killer that even time-travel couldn't get rid of.
