Joy and pain, faith and despair, humor and sadness coexist as he wrestles with memories that will not be forgotten. Cumulatively, "Next Year in Jerusalem" is one man's search for meaning, understanding and spiritual truth in the aftermath of a life broken by uncontrollable forces. Critics called "Jerusalem", "(a) poignant and deeply moving drama," "an eloquent and moving tribute to the millions who died and the victims who survived."
