The Third Circle is a collection of short stories by Frank Norris(March 5, 1870 – October 25, 1902) with an introduction by William Henry Irwin. It was published posthumously in 1909.The collection contains sixteen short stories. In then, Norris depicts life in the San Francisco, California prior to the 1906 earthquake, especially the "terrible conditions" in Chinatown.
