"I never thought people would die in this town because of me." A plot to unleash the kind of unspeakable supernatural evil only found in the earliest Apocalyptic texts, a forbidden romance, an outcast, and the popular boy who loves her are all part of 'A Witch's Curse.'Karen Lynch, a feared sorceress, was given a court order to give custody of her daughter, Rose, to the father, Mr. Whelan. Years later Rose Whelan's life has become 'normal,' despite how she picked up Karen's vice for the dark arts. Things are looking up when she begins a star crossed romance with the quarterback Grady Bell. However, her life is about to be turned upside down when her Mother enters her life again. Strange events start happening. Rose finds herself sleepwalking whenever the moon is full. Her suburban town falls under a curse. Odd happenings go on in the graveyard next to Rose's house. Her two closest friends, James and Melinda, are having shared dreams, and to top it all off, a cloaked man and black cat keep following her. Rose is sent deep into her lakeside town's past of underground wizardry to follow the trail of her ancestor. She will cross several eerie landscapes (among them being deserted beaches, Victorian cemeteries, a haunted mansion with creaking doors concealing chambers holding ancient parts of history, and desolated woodlands), finding herself on a journey to meet primeval witches and figures in urban legends, hold meetings in burial grounds with archaic figures, and go against her hardest challenge yet - facing her own mother.
