    Dahlov Ipcar

    Hardcover (Alfred A Knopf, March 15, 1965)
A delightful children's story about a little boys calico jungle quilt that his mother made. Each night he would look at the quilt and the pretty calico jungle and see what animals, birds, etc. he could see. Some were easy to see and others weren't so easy because their calico colors blended in with the trees. When the boy finally gets to the end of the quilt where the sleeping animals lie he himself goes to sleep.
