  • Alexa Mitchell & The Return of Magic

    Gigi Watkins

    eBook
ALEXA MITCHELL is not the typical 14-year-old, she is the savior of the realm of Mankind. At least that is what BLUR a supernatural being from the realm of Aleris expects her to believe. But this is the last thing Alexa wants to hear. She is still on the road to her own self-discovery, so how in the world can she save millions of people? With magic Blur suggests, but there’s just one problem, magic doesn’t exist in Alexa’s realm. Or at least she thought it didn’t. Through Blur she discovers that magic not only exists, it was forbidden to be used in her realm ages ago. Still Blur and the powers that be of Aleris, expect Alexa to not only believe in magic but to awaken the use of magic in the realm of Mankind. Alexa feels overwhelmed by this unusual burden of expectation, but at the same time her curiosity to know more about her new destiny is too powerful to overlook. She soon discovers that she not only has the gift of magic within her, she could possibly be one of the most powerful wielders in the universe. As she embarks on this magical journey with Blur, they form a friendship that is key to helping Alexa connect with her powers. But her limits are tested as she goes up against creatures she never knew existed, and dark forces that can only be found in her worst nightmares. To save her vulnerable realm, she must stop the creatures of her nightmares from crossing over to establish dominion over its inhabitants. Just when she thought that was more than enough to deal with, she is informed that there is not much time left before her realm is breached. And in addition to learning how to connect with the magic within her, she also needs to find a time lord, a brute, a healer and a speedster to go on this journey with her. But convincing people that they are chosen to be a part of a magical journey in a realm without magic is a tough act to sell.
