Times were not always good, but her belief in God gave her the strength to endure. Susan and her sister owned a childcare center for thirty years and always felt blessed spending time with so many children. Susan has always had a passion for the western way of life and writes country music, poems and loves any outdoor activity that includes family and friends. She is a member of St. Martins Church in Tours, Texas where whe wrote this poem.
