  • THE COST OF INDEPENDENCE: The Consequences For All Mankind Including Disabled

    Russell Rose

    (, June 1, 2020)
The first man and his wife were totally dependent on their creator. God did not want them to be robots so He gave them a choice between dependence on Him or independence. He warned themThat the result of going their own way would be death.Mankind chose independence and this book traces the generations up to Jesus and describes the struggle they had. God sent prophets to assure them that He still loved them and if they called on Him He would hear them and forgive them and heal their land. The book describes how powerless man is against the forces of evil and the consequences in suffering and disabilities. It seeks to overcome the misconception that we cause it by our sin.I have made particular reference to the disabled because they highlight our problem.I also describe how Jesus demonstrated that there is healing and hope for the future. At this time we are suffering from the COVID19 pandemic and man is being humbled in his struggle to overcome it through our own understanding. I hope this book will assure you that if we look at the Creator there is hope and deliverance.
