  • Let's Learn Our Abc's with Justus

    Ronell E. Wilson

Paperback (Trafford Publishing, Feb. 9, 2016)
It is hard to raise a child. It is even harder to do so when you are not there for them physically. The times when they are young are the most important times in their lives, because it is the time when they learn and absorb lessons. When they are young they learn stuff that follows them into adulthood...These are lessons sometimes they didnt know how or when they learned them, but they are the cornerstone of who they are as a person. When you are far away it is hard, but that only means as a parent you must work harder to show them you love them and you care and support their dreams. When you are a parent you have to learn how to put your pride aside, because even if you are trying, they might never show you any gratitude at the time. You might not even be sure that the lessons you are giving them are even taking hold in their minds. They dont show...they dont say thank you, but believe me they are listening. They are becoming who they will become, and your words are helping to mold them. If you have the ability to...be there for them now! Dont say you will when everything is right with you because your life will never be perfect, your situation will never be ideal, if it is always predicated on excuses. Your kids need you now! Not tomorrow...not sometime down the road. They will appreciate you trying...they will appreciate the fact that you never gave up on them. Our kids are one of the greatest gifts God has given us, but it is up to us parents to act like it. Because there is no love stronger than a parents love for their child.
