This book was originally published prior to 1923, and represents a reproduction of an important historical work, maintaining the same format as the original work. Roderick Hunt has written a Reading Recovery classic book. Skipper and his parents are the recurring characters in the series. In this story, Skipper bought a balloon for himself. Then the balloon burst. Skipper bought another balloon and Dad went to the men's room. When Dad came out he thought he saw Skipper's balloon floating past. He chased the balloon all over town and finally caught it. Oh, no! This book has readable text, colorful illustrations and humor for 6 year olds.
