No fraying or wear to cloth, hint of slighestt wear to white decoration, all gold lettering unchipped. Binding is tight and square, pages and edges are clean with clean beautifully decorated endpapers. Previous owner name neatly penned at top edge of first blank page. Frontispiece illustration with clean tissue guard. All pages are decorated.
