  • Jesus Is My BFF!

    Pamela Hahn

Paperback (StarGift Project Inc., Dec. 13, 2016)
Jesus is My BFF! Is the first sequel to Hahn’s first book for children, The Star Who Almost Wasn’t There. In this story children will learn how the star and the young child Jesus become best friends forever and that they too can be Jesus’s best friend. In the course of the story children will be introduced to several concepts about relationship with God and Jesus. For example, children will learn how Jesus and star communicate through the heart, a great surprise for the little star. In addition to bringing a charming new story to life, Hahn has created this book as a coloring book to further engage children with the story, and she has included instructions for making a 3-dimensional star from heavy weight paper, that children can paint or decorate. The publisher, StarGift Project Inc, has collaborated to provide space on their web site for Hahn to provide 1) some parental guidance so parents can enrich their child’s experience and 2) mini art lessons for most of the coloring pages. These enrichment materials may be accessed at www.stargiftproject.org by selecting ‘Enrichment.’ To provide even more encouragement to children and families, parents may submit photos of their child’s coloring work for display on the web site. Instructions are included on page iii of the book. Books published by StarGift Project Inc teach and encourage the growth of ‘faith’ in youngsters.
