  • MAX'S GRAND ADVENTURE: Noises in the Dark of the Night

    Ed Griffiths

    eBook (G/pub, Dec. 7, 2018)
This is a series of 7 bedtime stories gifted to a grandson “Max” as he is named in the stories. Other major characters in the adventures are our pets: Moxie and Mollie –Miniature Dachshunds, Rupert and Cooper – Pembroke Welch Corgis and Monet the cat, who sometimes thinks she is a dog too… These adventures always occur at night and take place near a small rural cottage in the Midwest. The Adventurers all sneak out through the dog door in the laundry room…..but Ssh…it’s a secret….don’t tell anyone, especially grownups... In these adventures, animals will communicate in human language (English to be exact) which has been carefully translated from the standard universal animal language. It is a quiet restful place surrounded by woods. There are trails that wind their way through those woods and provide the setting for these adventures. Each story shares christian family values as learning lessons for grandchildren.

  • Hunter Goes Adventuring

    Ed Griffiths

    eBook (G/pub, June 28, 2019)
These two stories relate two of the grand adventures. Here we will explore the woods and hills for the another time with Hunter and our favorite guide Hootie. Off they go, heading up the trail… It’s dark, but there is a full moon, so they can see where they are going. With a flurry of wings a large object flies down to the lowest branch… He has feathers and big golden eyes. It’s the great Horned Owl, Hootie. He says: "Whoodare, Whoodare and Welcome to my woods. This part of the woods has a lot of things to do, but tonight your help is needed." Off they go, Hootie is is flying up the trail so it is easy for them to follow him. The rest of the Adventures includes Rupert and Cooper, the Corgis, Mollie and Moxie, the Dachshunds and Monet the cat. With a guest adventurer, they join the local woodland creatures and the adventures begin. Join them and enjoy.

FLORENCE WAS NO ORDINARY FAIRY is a bright, colorful, fun picture story book with audio CD included. Florence was a fairy who hated doing anything fairylike. She wouldn't leave a dollar under your pillow if you lost a tooth, was allergic to fairy dust and positively refused to sit on top of a Christmas tree! But she did have one weakness - fairy cakes; she adored them! And that was her downfall in more ways than one. Read how this fairy with attitude overcomes her fears and gains new-found confidence.
