    Melodie Moss

language (Davand Publishing, Aug. 18, 2019)
Who were you born to be? This little book may help you to see. Each child is born for a purpose and this book encourages one to seek to discover this, even from an early age. What children are drawn to, what they love, what they dream about and in so many other ways they might discover what they are here to do. This was written to commemorate the birth of the author's first grandchild. This is a universal message that parents and grandparents may want to share to inspire their own children to make their dreams come true. Anyone can do anything they set out to do and anything they can imagine. The illustrations were done to appeal to both boys and girls as well as to children of different cultures. This book would make lovely gifts.

  • Hannah's Two Homes: Life in a "blended" family - a 5 year old's perspective

    Melodie Tegay

    Hardcover (Melodie W. Tegay, May 11, 2018)
Hannah’s Two Homes is a work of fiction geared to a pre-K to second grade level. It is a picture book that can be read to a child or, due to its simple sentence structure and vocabulary, might be read by the child who is at a beginning independent reading level. The story represents the thoughts of five-year- old Hannah, who splits her life between her Mom’s and Dad’s residences and her two sets of half brothers and half sisters. In the book, Hannah is sharing what she might be thinking if her emotions were “given a voice.” It can be the springboard from which the reader—parent, grandparent, or teacher—can begin a discussion and show their compassion for the child’s unique situation while gaining some valuable insights into their child’s perspective. It is a story of hope, coping, optimism, and ultimately, the healing power of love.

  • Child of God Prayer Journal

    Melodie A. Moss

Paperback (Independently published, March 7, 2019)
This thirteen week or quarterly prayer journal is best suited for a spirit filled child of God. There is no such thing as a junior Holy Spirit and this book will prompt your child to write the vision or big dream that God has placed in their heart and a special section to record answered prayers to remind them of His goodness. The prayer pages begin with a place to tell God why He is awesome, a place to write what they are hearing in their spirit that day, a place to give thanks, a place to record the answer to the question, "What should we do today, Lord?", a place for prayer requests, scriptures and notes. The book also has coloring pages throughout. I pray that their time with God becomes their favorite part of the day. Perfect for Sunday school or Vacation Bible School!
