    As a Sport Psychology and Mental Skills coach, I have seen athletes improve considerably by journaling about their training in a structured way. This journal makes it as easy as possible with guided prompts, formatted pages and clear steps on each page to help you get the most out of your training and yourself as an athlete. On the face of it, journaling is an easy task. However, many athletes often struggle to know what to write about or what to pay attention to in a training journal.
