  • The Goblin Engineer: A Tales of Aeyerth Story Book

    Kevin Osborn

A Story from the Tales of AeyerthExcerpt from Andrew Hawke: If you are reading this you're probably not from around here. Also, if you aren’t from around here well, welcome to the planet mate! We live on a world called Aeyerth, course there’s many ways people around here spell it. Many people can’t even read or write for that matter. The year is 2615 A.H. and the A.H. coincidentally stands for “After Human” times. Basically 2,615 years ago humans dramatically appeared out of nowhere in a deep crater called “THE WOMB OF LIFE” smack dab in the middle of what we now call Al’Akbar. I know you may want to hear all about the history of our planet and why it is that humans came into spontaneous existence, but the plain fact is that nobody really knows and it’s a mystery. Al’Akbar is a place unlike others in that it is controlled by the same invasive species that showed up unexpectedly a few thousand years ago. Of that species a select group overpowered the other factions and drove those humans out of the country into the outlying countries of CULHAIN, KIEM ZIMBALA and DRAK ZENNETH. The other unfortunate races of Elves, Dwarves, Reptilians, Halflings and many others living in Al’Akbar were enslaved during the process. Al’Akbar is an unfriendly place to anyone including Al’Akbarians. The focus of our story begins in yet another country all together and one that wasn’t mentioned THE DARK DEEP. Read on traveler!
