  • Who Am I: My Unexpected Journey Thru Life

    Jordan Keller

eBook (Jordan Keller, June 7, 2020)
Jordan Keller was diagnosed at 4 months old with Autism and thankfully started early intervention immediately. We made sure as a family we kept Jordan in a safe and healthy environment. School changed everything we worked so hard on as Jordan was not only bullied by students but also teachers. Kids called Jordan fat, weird, freak, kicked him in the head repeatedly with a soccer ball and laughed at him and then threaten to beat him up. Jordan's siblings were also bullied especially his brother and triplet sister. Jordan met Dr. David J Anderson before kindergarten at five years old and we have been grateful everyday since then that God blessed us to cross paths with Dr. David J Anderson. By this age Jordan was pretty familiar with doctors and he knew when he met Dr. David J Anderson for the first time he was different from other doctors and Jordan was very correct. Dr Anderson advised me as his mom it would be a good idea to explain Autism to Jordan before he started kindergarten even though I disagreed I took his advise and it was the best advise I have ever been given. Dr. David J Anderson believed in Jordan from day one compared to other physicians and nurses that look at me and say I assume he's nonverbal because he has autism. I say every time to Jordan can you please answer the doctor and nurses questions. We are so thankful that God has given Jordan a voice to help others that cannot speak for themselves.

  • O'Kelley Legends Monologues

    Jordan O'Kelley

Paperback (Independently published, July 3, 2019)
Hi, this is Jordan O'Kelley. I wrote my first book, "O'Kelley Legendary Legends of Legend" when I was in 4th grade, to get out of doing homework. That may sound counter-intuitive, but that's the way it happened. Now I have adapted that book of funny (slightly embellished) family stories into this book of monologues, which can easily be performed by elementary and middle school students, in drama class, as a school play, or as a community fundraiser. My friends and I performed "O'Kelley Legends Monologues" as a benefit show for SENG, an organization that supports gifted education, and the show was the highlight of my 8th grade year. I hope you will have as much fun as we did reading and performing these monologues. And I still want to say... if you have a kid that hates homework, maybe give them a break and let them write something that they want to write about instead. It worked for me! Thanks! -- Jordan
