  • Boogle's First Day At School: "An Adventure With God Series" Volume 1, Book 1.0

    Joseph Harter

Paperback (CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform, Aug. 23, 2015)
In this volume 1, book 1.0 of “An Adventure with God Series”, you will join Boogle the friendly little monster on his first day of school. Like most young kids, their first day of school can be a pretty traumatic and scary event filled with extreme anxiety. However, Boogle’s whole day turns around when he learns from his Dad that God’s presence will be with him throughout the school day. Thus, he has no reason to feel afraid or alone. Boogle is relieved by this knowledge, which is further enforced at home when he learns through the Holy Bible in Isaiah 41:10 that not only was God with him on his first day of school, but that God is and will be with him always. This story was inspired by an experience the author had with his own son, when he started kindergarten. This is a wonderful book that can relieve the minds and hearts of children who may have some form of stress about being separated from their parents as they embark on their journey into this new world of academia. It also provides a heartwarming lesson into God and scripture. Due to the author’s passion that he has for God, Joseph Harter has created a series of books called “An Adventure with God Series.” Each volume in this series will deal with one main character; and each book in that volume will have a story created around a Bible verse, passage, or message. In volume 1, we will go on an exploration of life with Boogle the friendly monster. Boogle’s next adventure in book 1.1 will be about bullying, entitled “Boogle and the Bully.” Please keep an eye out for it and other future titles in this series.

  • The Description and Use of the Globes, and the Orrery: To Which Is Prefixed, by Way of Introduction, a Brief Account of the Solar System

    John Harris, Joseph Harris

Paperback (Ulan Press, Aug. 31, 2012)
This book was originally published prior to 1923, and represents a reproduction of an important historical work, maintaining the same format as the original work. While some publishers have opted to apply OCR (optical character recognition) technology to the process, we believe this leads to sub-optimal results (frequent typographical errors, strange characters and confusing formatting) and does not adequately preserve the historical character of the original artifact. We believe this work is culturally important in its original archival form. While we strive to adequately clean and digitally enhance the original work, there are occasionally instances where imperfections such as blurred or missing pages, poor pictures or errant marks may have been introduced due to either the quality of the original work or the scanning process itself. Despite these occasional imperfections, we have brought it back into print as part of our ongoing global book preservation commitment, providing customers with access to the best possible historical reprints. We appreciate your understanding of these occasional imperfections, and sincerely hope you enjoy seeing the book in a format as close as possible to that intended by the original publisher.
