  • The Language Kit 2: Homework Book

    John Seely

    Paperback (Heinemann, June 8, 1999)
This is a pack of homework books at the second level of a course designed to enable grammar and writing to be taught in two lessons per week, and to help prepare students for Key Stage 3 tests. Language is explored in the context of students' own writing, and there are activities for a wide ability-range. Aiming to provide a genuine understanding of how language works, the course has a student's book, a homework book and a teacher's resource file at each of the three levels. Exercises in the homework books are linked directly to units in the student's books, and the teacher materials include a summary of what pupils will learn in each unit, advice on organizing the activities, answers to the activities in both the student's books and the homework books, and a test paper following each revision unit.
