This book is a light hearted, fun book of short poems. They explain the fun activities that fruit and vegetable get up to when nobody is about. Easy to read language which is suitable for everyone. Lovely pencil sketches to illustrate each character's individual sport or past-time. It is aimed to try to encourage children to become active, regardless of ability, and to most of all have fun.

There are a number of characters human and animal involved in the action. A war is fought, rescues mad and a social agenda executed.
