An interactive alphabet book, like no other, that is illustrated by children from across the United States. Each page is written in verse and tells a story about a particular endangered mammal. Some of the poems were created to capture a sense of interaction between the animals and the child readers. Every page has a data list which includes specific information to that animal. The poems are informative and educational providing words beyond the basics. Each page is accompanied by the artwork of a child ranging from ages seven to twelve.
