Jesus Christ spoke of the End-Time. Jesus spoke of the Tribulation and The Great Tribulation. The apostle Paul later wrote in 2 Timothy 3:1 "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come." The word "perilous" means difficulty, woe, hardships, trouble, and the like.
