Try counting to ten for each movement. *Encourage children to find “their own space”. “Spread out and find an area where your arms or legs won’t touch anyone else.” *Read the top line of each page only to do movements in a rapid succession. Read the entire page to learn more about woodland movements. *Self-regulation (by stopping and starting on command) and a variety gross motor skills are also promoted. * Allow children to interpret the movement as they desire.
