Books with author James W. George

  • Indian Blankets and their Makers

    George Wharton James

    Hardcover (A. C. McClurg & Co., March 15, 1914)
FIRST EDITION. 1914. An important book that has been re-published by many companies; so unless you want a first edition, my copy may not be the best choice for you. My book is unbelievably fine condition, looking almost new with bright boards and pages. It is in bright (plain red buckram I think) library binding that is almost like new. three small library stamps, and two small manuscript marks The words "stacks" appears in tiny print, and so I assume it has lain in the stacks and never been on the open library shelves. That could account for Its wonderful appearance. SEE SCAN. This edition has a vast number of illustrations including many full color plates.
