  • Lost in the Valley of the Kings

    Jacqueline Landry

    eBook (, April 15, 2018)
When Piper and her best-friend Albie finished building their time machine, Albie decided their first trip should be back to Ancient Egypt in order to see how the pyramids were made. That was the first problem. If they had just gone to the beach like Piper wanted there would have been a lot less almost-dying. The second problem was that Piper's sister Izzie and Albie's dumb brother Carlos happened to be in the time machine when it took off. The four kids toodle around Egypt, a place with zero pyramids by the way, hoping to do a little harmless exploring before heading home. They see some cool rocks, almost get killed by a pod of hippos, and get chased by guards (a lot). The guards are a problem, but they aren't the biggest problem, which is too bad really. Because the biggest problem just might keep Piper, Albie, Izzie, and Carlos trapped back in time forever.
