Shark Versus Killer Whale

Each book in this high-interest series compares two exciting animals and looks at how they are equipped to survive and defend themselves against predators in the wild. Each spread focuses on one particular aspect of the animals, such as teeth, claws, speed, endurance, camouflage, habitat, predator/prey relationships, or hunting techniques. The books also look at what each animal's attributes are and why they are important. A table awards each animal points for the category discussed - e.g., a tiger might get 8 points for "camouflage" compared to a lion's 7 points. A concluding spread discusses what would happen if the two animals were ever to meet each other in the wild -- and who would win any encounter!
