This book also deals with Saddam Hussein's rise to power, Operation Desert Storm, and the aftermath of the conflict.

Perry is a rude parrot that has really bad manners. He does what ever he wants without thinking about his friends. Being a stinky friend is not as fun as it seems! This is a great, short read to help children understand that bad manners have consequences. Humor is eventually replaced with poignant yet subtle cuing that bad behavior does not make you or others happy.
