A few years ago, I was asked as a physician to speak to a local grade school which included all the children in grades Kindergarten through Sixth. I was given the task of answering medical questions that the children wrote out themselves. I only had five minutes to answer the questions once a month. There were so many wonderful and insightful questions asked that I decided to answer as many as I could in writing.
