The relations between the crown and parliament in England between the accession of Elizabeth I in 1558 and the Revolution of 1688-89 are examined. McNeeley the Mouse lives under the stairs in the Turley's house. All is well, except that the Turleys like to eat a lot and don't like to exercise.
