  • Animal Friends

    Mr Graham Hartwell

Paperback (CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform, March 28, 2019)
Having spent my childhood in the late 50’s and early 60’s, towns and villages were less developed than they are today and we were never far from a farmer field with cows, sheep, pigs and various wild animals. We also enjoyed catching fish in brooks and streams and tadpoles and newts in countryside ponds. Having recently watched my granddaughters Chloe and Beth seeing the tadpoles they caught, develop and then return them to their natural environment I decided to write a series of short stories about these animals that are rarely seen today and also domestic pets we all used to keep.
