Notice that I said “was”. Cindi was diagnosed with Type One diabetes on August 26, 1968 when she was eleven years old. During the next forty years, Cindi would endure every possible side effect of diabetes, up to and including her death.Cindi wanted her story told. We often talked about her writing a book, but unfortunately she lost most of her vision, and later, her life, before she was able to share this amazing story of perseverance. Mrs Tomoslav makes the best fish and chips in all of Moronia. Word has reached the king and queen and they have commanded a royal fry-up. But Mr Seazepenny, sinister owner of a used yak card tries to stop her from delivering the royal take-away.
