“I was born many years ago, into a beautiful, and happy world. Back then I was small and cute and every time people would bump into me they would be happy to meet me. They would especially look out after me very well. But today? Today I am old and thrown away in a drawer together with an old pair of keys and other stuff that are not in use anymore. I am useless and no one needs me. Oh, sorry… I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Penny, but you can just call me “Granny Penny”. I was born many years ago… but this story is not about me, really. This story is about my grandson, a sweet, energetic, and joyful coin. I love my grandson deeply and would very much want to keep him but unfortunately, I cannot do so. My grandson's name is “Silver”. and despite the fact that he is a tiny little coin, he still has great significance to many people. He still does not know this, but Silver is very important to our world.” This is a story about one small coin with a lack of confidence but with great optimism. Whose fate is to roll from one hand to another, rich, poor, generous and miser... Silver travels through his many journeys with good and bad experiences, meets different types of people and thanks to optimism and faith in success He survives every situation. This is the first book in the series "Silver’s Journey" in which children can experience, understand and learn a little about values, importance and attitude towards money and people in our daily lives.
