This is the story of a Good Witch and her struggle against evil and wicked people. A story in which she recruits two more young Witches one of whom in story two is confined to a wheelchair. The witch uses as much technology as she can understand including Solar powered Broomsticks, Motorbikes and even a solar powered wheelchair. The story revolves around the problems she encounters with two Warlocks, Reg and Fred when they arrive at Black Rose Cottage with the intention of stealing all her money. She manages to evade capture by offering them a cup of tea which is in fact a powerful herbal tea. This magic brew sends them both into a deep sleep and with the help of Chloe and her boyfriend Mark they get rid of them. But Reg is out for revenge and later kidnaps her and takes her to his house where he tries to force her to tell him where her money is. The Witch is rescued by her new convert Chloe and with Mark is driven back to Black Rose Cottage. Reg is not happy and kidnaps the Witch"s favourite black cat Panther. Once again with the help of Chloe they recover Panther and manage to trap Reg is a large net attached to the Witch"s new Solar powered Broomstick. Using the power of the new technological broomstick and with the large net containing Reg attached by strong rope the Witch flies to Iceland where she drops Reg off into deep snow before she turns around and flies back to Black Rose Cottage. Reg is arrested by the Icelandic police who ask him how he got there and when he tells them a Witch flew him there in a net under her Broomstick they lock him away in a special hospital. He eventually escapes from the hospital and makes his way back to the UK, but it "s not the last The Witch will see of Reg and you can read about that in the second story "The Witch of Black Rose Cottage. What Happened Next" where we also meet Katie a young lady confined to a wheelchair who also becomes a witch.

Venalucca wants to go and see her family in Italy so Chloe agrees to take her , they fly in the new Family sized broomstick. The route takes them over France towards the Alps where approaching the Alps the weather changes from being a beautiful sunny day to thick clouds making flying extremely dangerous. Mean while in a large country house somewhere in Tuscany, Italy, Kirk and Daisy Offerbach have rescued a Lioness(Sashenka) from a travelling circus and built a beautiful compound complete with a large pond and a high fence surrounding it where the Lioness now lives. The weather is getting worse by the minute so Chloe has to land immediately and successfully manages to land right in the middle of the compound. Unbeknown to them they do not realise that this is the compound where Sashenka lives. The Lioness soon realises they are there. Kirk had heard something land and goes to investigate and finds Chloe and Venalucca in Sashenkas compound. He shouts at them not to move as he turns and runs to get his gun. Venalucca calls him back and tells him there is no need to shot the Lioness. It all works out in the end and when the weather changes the two witches are able to take off and continue their journey to Lucca where she says goodbye to Venalucca and agrees to come back and get her in two weeks time. Chloe busies herself cleaning the cottage and sheds and decides she would like a day Wind Surfing so flies to the Isle of Man where she gets into trouble due to the high winds and is saved by Guy who then asks her out to dinner. Chloe flies back to Italy to collect Venalucca who tells her she is staying in Italy and now Chloe is the Witch of Black Rose Cottage. Katie returns to the cottage and wants to become a full time witch. Chloe flies to the near town and on the way witnesses a bank robbery. She follow the robbers and helps capture them. Two men tip rubbish outside the gate to the cottage which to them looks like an overgrown hedge around a derelict cottage. Chloe and Katie magically collect the rubbish in a large net and when the men come back to tip another load they drop the rubbish from the net on top of their truck trapping them inside. Chloe takes Katie to a Witch gathering in France where they meet Venalucca who tells them she wants to now come back to the cottage.Travellers arrive and break the padlock to the field at the back of the cottage. Using special magic Sticks the witches get rid of them but the travellers want revenge and later come back but this time the witches are ready and with the help of Guy they capture the travellers and fly them to the same Slade prison that Katie took Reg to. The police collect the travellers from the prison and on the way back to Police Headquarters they are ambushed. Katie meets David and they fall in love and Chloe and Guy do the same.

INTRODUCTIONi am pleased to introduce the second and expanded edition of the marriage counselling handbook that was originally known as The marriage Counselling manual. This handbook, first published in 1992, and the oldest publication of this ministry, has come about through years of studying the Word of god and gaining practical experience in marriage. i realize from my pastoral experience, that marriage and its complicated challenges canadversely affect most Christians and hinder individuals who are called to the ministry. i am happy to have written and compiled this book through different stages of my life becausei have learnt from experience that we emphasize different things at different stages of life and ministry. For instance, i have discovered that an individual's temperament in the marriage relationship is basically what determines the person's behaviour in the marriage context. in spite of much counselling, teaching and prayer, most people simply live according to their temperamental dispositions. These truths were not as apparent to me ten years ago as they are today. also, male and female behaviour patterns are much easier to predict, as they do not vary much from person to person. For me therefore, marriage counselling although basically the same, must be done with full cognizance of these realities, that is, temperamental and gender behaviour patterns. if pastors fully understand these important realities, they will not become frustrated when their counsellees do not change much. i also believe that we will be less prone to divorce when we understand how much our maleness, femaleness and temperamental dispositions affect us all. i have also observed complicated situations, which lead to divorce; a phenomenon that seemed impossible at the beginning of my Christian ministry. i have come to appreciate the contribution of not-so-easily-diagnosed psychological and psychiatric illnesses in spousal behaviour, especially in females. Perhaps, in later editions of this book, there will be more reference to such matters.recognizing that my marriage experiences alone are limited, i have always tried to tap into theminds of both men and women on various issues in this book. in so doing, i have gathered different attitudes and perspectives from all sides including males and females, the educated and the uneducated, the medical and the non-medical.This research has also been enhanced by some surveys that were conducted on different groupsand individuals. all in all, it has been a journey of continuous learning that will never end. i pray that god willgive you wisdom for your marriage as well as wisdom to help others. i pray that every couple that benefits from this book will have a stable and happy marriage.
