"Two Fathom Mark Twain" presents Mark Twain and Bret Harte acting out excerpts from some of Twain's most beloved stories (Grades 6-12). "The Fairytale Festival" contains three short adaptations of "Lon Po Po" (from China), "Peter and the Wolf" (from Russia) and "Rhodopis and the Song of the Falcon: An Egyptian Cinderella Story" (Grades 3-8). "The Odyssey: The Journey of a Soul" adapts Homer's epic poem for the stage (Grades 6-12). "Coyote Tales" brings together three short plays featuring the Native American trickster (Grades 3-8). Each of the eight plays is preceded by a short essay about the style in which the play is written. Also included with each play are detailed production notes and associated curriculum suggestions.
