When a man is pushed intro a corner, there is a fine line between what that man can do and what he will do to remove himself from that corner. Alexander found himself in a proverbial corner when he finds himself tracking down Diana, his former wife. Awkward, was not the word he had in mind. He had a job and he was duty bound to perform his duty to the best of his ability. Diana was a convicted criminal that had fled rather than face her final destination. Even after capturing her, Alexander still felt as though he owed her something for the time they had been husband and wife. When she manage to escape while being transferred to prison, Alexander found himself again on her trail. This time it led to a house on the outskirts of the main city. There his team found a temporal device that would lead to the many adventures that would follow. In the end, Alexander and Diana are reunited, and from their union came the leader that would change their world for the better. Rachael would reunite the warring factions into a more tolerant society than either Alexander or Diana had ever seen. Rachael would heal the old wounds that centuries of fighting had produced. And, she would do all of this from the past, because the only way to heal the future was to start in the past.
