REVIEW: *****FIVE STARS*****Highly Interesting & Informative, November 7, 2013 (Vol. IV)By John Chancellor, "Mentor Coach" (Spring Hill, TN) (VINE VOICE) (TOP 500 AMAZON REVIEWER) (REAL NAME)If you are a devoted fan of SEC Football, this book will be a wonderful addition to your collection of memorabilia. I think the title does not tell the full story of all that is in this book. Warner has done a marvelous job of collecting interesting facts about the history and traditions of tailgating and has provided some interesting recipes. If that were all there was to the book, it would be a very good book. But Mr. Warner has done much more than talk about the history of tailgating. It gives you a brief history of football, including the formation of the NCAA. I was extremely impressed with the amount of information about each school, the history of their football program and stories of their most notable players and coaches. There are even dining and night life recommendations as well as an accommodation guide for each university. The information about each school is extremely detailed, highly interesting and will save you a lot of research if you plan to visit the schools. It goes far beyond being a Tailgater's Guide.
