The time arrives for the girls' first lone adventure and, although it's Poppy who makes a discovery, they all get rewarded. A trip to the seaside means more than just ice-creams, when the girls are enlisted as film extras.The village summer fair keeps the girls busy and Poppy re-unites a pet with his owner. Autumn arrives and when Tolly deliberately gets wet, it helps to mend the rift with Becky. Tolly's remembers the last party with her dad: could she have a similar party this year? Will the others laugh at her?It's time for the school's residential trip and Tolly feels excited but nervous about the things she will have to do; will she be able to cope?
