A little princess wants to look like a rose and a mother dragon makes a terrible mistake. Princess Rose ends up as a gift to the mother dragon's baby. Together the children have a delightful outing in the dragon's treasure pile until the King declares war on the mother dragon. With the help of a giant, a witch. and some dwarfs, The frightened dragon tries to undo the terrible mistake.
