You will find this book a strange thing; it is 90% diary entries with a few pieces I wrote at other times. These were handwritten every day....My aim in publishing this is to share this account of my thoughts with professionals, those struggling themselves and loved ones of those who are struggling. I don’t believe my experience is unique in any way, but the fact I’ve documented it so continuously may be slightly unique. I hope that it is a useful insight to all of you.
