Foster and the Gordian Knot

language ( May 17, 2019)
“Foster and the Gordian Knot” is a sequel the book “Acorn Wars” now available for sale from Amazon Kindle Books.
Foster is now a professor of History and Philosophy and has set out to discover why the people of Acorn must spend four hours a day shifted to chipmunks or red squirrels in the forest to stay healthy as humans. His initial approach is to interview women living in the town of Freedom to see if he can find an example of a shapeshifter from Acorn who has produced a child by a non-shifter. To help with his research, he works with his girlfriend, Alice, which allows them to combine work and pleasure on their trips to Freedom.
The east and west sides of the town of Acorn have been living in peace for several years now, and the mixing of the clans is going along nicely. However, there is a movement with a strong anti-mix point a view, especially with regards to marriage. This movement makes it difficult for Alice, a chipmunk shifter, and Foster, a red squirrel shifter to continue their relationship.
Foster and the Gordian Knot is a sweet romance with some violence but no on-the-page sex, suitable for readers 15 years old and older.
