Dark Before the Dawn

High school isn’t easy for Dawn. Rather, it is a living nightmare. Mainly due to her evil twin sister, Midnight, who tries to take everything from her every chance she gets. Dawn, is only beginning a high school where Midnight rules the school, as she was moved up to a higher grade based on high test scores. Midnight and her follows bully Dawn because they are jealous of her friend, Josh and how he is the hottest, richest guy in school and because they fail to fit in the status quo. Dawn doesn’t want to end up in a mental hospital like her mother. Fortunately, her two best friends distract her from her poor grades, a failing singing career and the fact she’s in love with Darren, her twin’s boyfriend. The only one of Midnight’s group of friends who is nice to Dawn, but does he have other motives for being nice to her, like the fact she has perfect pitch. And is Josh jealous because he wants to be more than friends? Will Dawn figure out a way to survive high school?
