Return of the Extinct

Wooly mammoths, of course, were extinct. At least that was the case until a brilliant geneticist named Professor Corbin extracted their DNA and cloned them. Many more species followed: sabertooth cats, dodos, dire wolves, and others. At first the world was thrilled, but when he began bringing mythical creatures to life, everyone assumed he had lost his mind. Jay Wilder, a veterinarian, has the daunting responsibility to capture, study, and manage the de-extinct species. He is aided by a thirteen year old, precocious girl named Morgan Pierce, who will discover that her own past is not what she thought.
