“Youdoodle Easter,” is a grayscale coloring book and is part of a series. It is designed for children ages 9 and up. It is like paint by number, except without the numbers. You simply let your picture tell you what to do. You are guided by the shades on the page. Darkest shades get darkest colors, medium shades medium colors and white to light areas get lightest colors. Gel pens and artist quality colored pencils, are recommended. Cue tips may be used for blending colors, when using gel pens. Colored pencils may be dipped lightly at the tip to blend colors. Place two sheets of plain paper between pages, when coloring to prevent bleed through.. You will be amazed at how your pictures may almost seem to have a 3D appearance. The different shades and layers of colors, will sometimes make you feel like framing your artwork.
