A Lifetime of Shame.

A "Lifetime of Shame" is an Inspirational Biography that shares the story of a woman’s journey toward healing. Though having no memories of abuse as a teenager, she exhibited behaviors common to survivors abuse. She developed an eating disorder as her coping mechanism and lived a reckless teenage life. Eventually, she sought help for her eating disorder, and some memories of her childhood are remembered during psychotherapy. Tragically her family denies her validation of her childhood events, which leads to a suicide attempt. Hospitalized, she finally begins treatment for depression and bulimia. Come along on this women's journey towards healing from her turbulent past.
