What about me? Is a book that focuses on the anxiety of Shannon, a 4 year old child who is experiencing the arrival of her baby sister, Maya. The book tells the story from shannon's eyes to show the reader how the mind of a child processes and experiences the situation. This book can also be used a workbook for both parent and child and comes with suggestions for bonding play and affirmations to help the raise the self esteem of the child. This book has been used in Hospitals and NHS children's mental health services.
