The Guardian of Fire

Haley Raynot has never felt normal. She's lived with her grandmother for as long as she can remember, and has always been too scared to ask about the night her parents dissappeared. In additon to her strange past, Haley also has peculiar emerald green eyes, marking her as the Guadian of Fire, which certainly don't make fitting in any easier. Despite the fact that she's lived in her small town her whole life, she still doesn't exactly feel at home amongst the familiar faces. Everything changes when secrets start and truths are revealed that could change Haley's life forever. She is soon faced with a decision and an opportunity she isn't sure she could ever turn down, but all good opportunities come with a price.
