A Lemur's Life

Sunny the lemur has been captured and taken to a lab run by Things! She meets other lemurs who have also been captured. They also meet a chameleon named Fern, a fish named Gidion, and a bird named Addie. From the lab window, they watch in horror as part of their beloved rain forest burns -- another clear sign of the Things at work to destroy their beloved habitat. In their favor, the Things' special contraptions accidentally give some of the animals special powers which they can use to escape the lab. But is it safe to escape? With rainforest fires and fossas and Things -- oh my! -- Sunny and all her new lemur friends wonder if they'll ever see the families they love again.
